What we text, how often, and how to make it stop.

Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

01The program

Program name: Mars Creative call follow-ups.
Sender: Mars Creative, from our business line, (475) 265-5937.

This is a small follow-up program. We text people who called our business line, about their own call.

02How you opt in

You opt in by calling our business line, (475) 265-5937. The greeting on that line asks for your consent out loud. It says, word for word:

“Hey, you've reached Mars Creative. Heads up, I record my calls. If we miss you, we may text you back about your call. If that's okay, just stay on the line; if not, say so and we won't text you. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP anytime to opt out.”

The consent request inside it:

“If we miss you, we may text you back about your call. If that's okay, just stay on the line; if not, say so and we won't text you. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP anytime to opt out.”

If you stay on the line, you agree that Mars Creative may text the number you called from, about that call. If you say you don't want texts, we write your number on a do-not-text list and never text it. Your consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us, and you can still reach us by phone or email if you would rather not be texted.

03What we text

Only replies about the caller’s own call:

Scheduling: a time to talk or meet, and confirmations.
Quotes: the estimate or next step we discussed on the call.
Follow-ups: a text back if we missed your call or could not finish the conversation, and answers to the question you asked.

We do not send ads, promotional blasts or anything unrelated to your call.

04Sample messages

Mars Creative: Sorry we missed your call. What’s a good time to talk about your project? Reply STOP to opt out.

Mars Creative: Thanks for calling. Tuesday at 3pm works for us. Reply YES to confirm or send a time that suits you better. Reply STOP to opt out.

05How often

Message frequency varies, usually 1–3 messages per call. We do not text on a schedule.

06Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates, not Mars Creative. We do not charge you for texts.

07Stop and help

STOP

Reply STOP to opt out. We send one last text to confirm, then no more.

HELP

Reply HELP for help, or call us at (475) 265-5937.

START

Changed your mind? Reply START and we can text again.

STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT all work.

08Carriers

Wireless carriers and their partners are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Texts work on most major U.S. carriers.

Your phone number and your consent are used only to follow up on your call. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
