What Mars Creative collects when you call, text, fill in a form or email us, and what we do with it.

We never sell your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

01Who we are

Mars Creative is a small studio run by Logan Spacek. We build websites, AI receptionists and ads for local service businesses. This page covers marscreative.us, our business phone line, (475) 265-5937, and the texts and emails that come from them. Questions about any of it go to [email protected].

02What we collect

When you call us: your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, and what was said. Calls to our business line may be recorded and transcribed, and some are answered by an AI voice assistant. Where the law requires it, we tell you about recording at the start of a call.
When you text us, or we text you: your phone number, the messages in the thread, and when they were sent and delivered.
When you fill in a form or email us: whatever you choose to give us, usually your name, email address, phone number, your business and your message.
When you visit this website: the basic technical details any web host sees, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you opened. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

We do not ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other government IDs on calls, by text or in forms. Please do not send them.

03How we use it

To answer you: return a call, reply to a message or email, and follow up about what you asked.
To do the work you hired us for, such as building a site or setting up a receptionist for your business.
To keep records of our conversations so we remember what you told us and do not ask twice.
To improve how we answer calls and write messages, and to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
To meet legal duties, such as honoring an opt-out.

We use a call or a text to talk to you about your call or your project. We do not use it to build a mailing list we sell.

04Text messages

Our text program is called Mars Creative call follow-ups. If you call our business line, (475) 265-5937, we may text you back about that call. The greeting asks for your consent out loud: stay on the line if that is okay, or say so and we will not text you, and we then keep your number on a do-not-text list. Details, including how to opt in and how to stop messages, are in our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to any text and we stop; reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. That includes lead lists, data brokers and ad networks.

05Who else sees it

We use a handful of outside services to run what we do: a phone and texting provider to place and carry calls and texts, voice and AI services to answer and understand calls, email and web hosting. These providers handle your information only to provide that service to us, under their own privacy and security commitments. They are not allowed to use it for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If Mars Creative is ever sold or merged, records would move with the business and these promises would go with them.

06How long we keep it

We keep call, text and email records for as long as we need them to serve you, keep honest records and meet legal duties, then delete or anonymize them. If you opt out of texts, we keep a note of that so we do not text you again.

07Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Tell us on a call, or email [email protected], to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will answer within a reasonable time.

08Security and kids

We use reasonable safeguards, including access limits and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise it. Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

09Changes

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also say so on the site.
